Ikan Bonito sebelum di masak/Bonito unprepared
Did you ever try Bonito Fish? The taste like mackarel fish but more soft and more meat, cause Bonito which i tried was bigger than mackarel, (kalo di Indonesia Bonito lebih mirip ikan tenggiri). So, I put picture Bonito before cook and after cook.

And i also make empek empek palembang from bonito fish, Luc call fishcookies cause when i make empek empek he thought i make bread (haha). And you can compare the taste with empek empek pak raden ............ my empek empek more delicious, hahaha.

Finally my list about missing food at least less than before, i can strike off an item from the list.... empek empek and kelapa muda....haha i found kelapa muda also at chinese supermarket, but when Luc opened, it is look like kopyor. So that why i make it for es buah, it is more nice when i make mix, i put avocado, jelly (agar-agar),strawberry, and fruit can (papaya, pineapple,pir)
